No guessing is needed. Some trial and error is, but it's logically solvable.

Initial line & color logic solves 25% with red complete and lots of black remaining.

R10: Whichever way the 2 goes, it puts blacks in R11. This makes the blacks in R11 C21-22 part of the 5 clue, so R11 C1-14 and R11C26 can be marked white.

R2-3: The 1 clues in C1-8 mean either the 11 in R2 or the 10 in R3 has to make its way into C18. Either way, R3 C16-18 are black. LL.

R2: EL shows the 11 can't be to the right of C23. Wherever it lands in C1-23, R3C13 is black (either directly from the 11 in R2 or from where the 10 in R3 will need to go). LL.

C22: If the blacks in R11-12 are part of the 5, it pushes blacks into C15 on R4-6. Since nothing larger than a 2 is available for this part of the grid on C15, that means the R11-12 blacks must be part of the 6 instead. C22 R4-5 and R10 are black. LL.

R4: The blacks in C16-18 are either the 3 or part of the 7. If they are part of the 7, they push blacks into R3 C9-11. If they are the 3, they push blacks into R4 C9-11. Either way, R4 C10-11 are black. LL.

Deep lookahead: The blacks in R3 C16-18 can be the 3 or part of the 10. If we assume they are the 3, it marks R3 C5-11 black and forces the 6 in R4 to be in C9-14. This puts whites in R2C9, R3C15, and R3-4 C19. In R2, this puts blacks in C13-19 (remember from before the 11 can't go past C23). This means both R1C15 and R1C19 must be black, but there is only a single 2 clue in R1. Therefore, the blacks in R3 C16-18 must be part of the 10, and R3 C4-8 can be marked white. LL to finish.

I'm marking this one deep lookahead. If someone comes up with moderate steps to cover that last bit (or to go in an entirely different direction; I admit I was hyper-focused on all those 1s), I can adjust the decision.
