Initial line & color logic completes everything except black.
C4: If the 5 is in R10-16, the 6 in C3 puts blacks in C3 R19-20. If the 5 is in R18-22, the 6 in C3 puts blacks in C3 R13-14. Either of those puts whites in: R13C1, R13C6; R14 C1-2, R14 C5-8, R14 C12-13; R19 C1-2, R19 C5-7, R19 C11-13; R20 C1-2, R20 C5-7, and R20 C11-13. LL.
