ok, tirade time...I've been going through older puzzles, and man, there are some biggies! the thing is, they aren't any better, just tedious. and there are a LOT of them... 2000 pixels is a helluva lot to use in a puzz. this is just me, ofc, but from now on I'm not even looking at anything over 2500. it gets "marked as complete", and 1 star for quality. maybe that's over-zealous, but I see these puzz's as a waste of my time. pixel by pixel copies of a logo and whatnot show no creativity whatsoever. ergo, I don't see it as a harsh procedure to follow here-forth. just sayin'... the same goes for un-solvable or "guessing" puzzles.....ok, carry on! :)#5: Ellen Vollor (evollor) on Aug 3, 2014

Sweet little picture, nice for a quick late night solve.#9: Gary Webster (glwebste) on Aug 4, 2014
I agree with the rant; I like solving interesting puzzles in the less than 1000 pixel range (30x30 and smaller, especially 20x20 and 15x15). You can do them in a sitting, I think they're more creative, 'cause you the puzzler must make a small frame look like something that might be easier if it were 50x50 or something. And there are so many creative puzzle makers on this site!!!! Difference is, I don't take the time for the big ones.#10: Jota (jota) on Aug 4, 2014
Great solve!#11: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Aug 4, 2014
thanks gang! glad you like it :)#12: marjorie rex (mamo) on Aug 4, 2014
ah, just had to get a lil vent out... ;) thanks for the input, Gary! :)
(and ofc I'm not gonna rate anything I don't solve)
I too prefer puzzles that aren't huge. I prefer 30x30 or under.#13: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 4, 2014
I agree from a solvers standpoint that it must be tedious and unless it's a worthwhile image a waste of time. However there are some wonderful images on 40x40 or bigger. It's hard for me to make a decent car puzzle under 40x40. I say if you don't feel like solving a bigger one than peek and comment or rate for quality if you want to.:)#14: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Aug 4, 2014
ah, Al, I enjoy your car puzz's! and you don't go haywire. 40x is in my range...the ridiculous ones I'm referring to are the 70x50's and the like. (esp of team logos...one dude has almost 250 puzzs and only a handful are under 50x--silliness!)#15: valerie o..travis (bigblue) on Aug 6, 2014
good doodle kurt :)#16: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Dec 17, 2016
