just ran into a board member out golfing while I was at work yesterday and was told I had a meeting this week and was getting a raise(and that I'd be pleased). hopefully, that's another 10k... fingers crossed!

I guess 25,000 would be too much to hope for. :)

lol...you ever received a 25,000 raise? naw, previously I was asked what I thought was fair. I gave them a number 9,000 more than I currently make. doubt I get it, but fingers crossed!

don't know yet....still keep hearing something's coming, haven't seen it yet. seen that same board member today, as a matter of fact...he said
"have you talked to so-and-so yet?"
"No."
"you'll be pleased when you do. I'll set up a meeting with you sometime this week after the two of you speak."

who knows? this place is so political and bureaucratic red tape everywhere...we honestly have meetings to set up meetings. reeeeee-diculous!

well, I found out what the raise is... not sure how neat it will end up yet.

$1600 added to my salary. so not a whole lot there....buuuuut, now I'm going to start getting time and a half for anything over 40 hrs/week. I'm salaried, so I wasn't really getting paid for all the hours I put in. It'll be nice to see something extra for it. :)

not sure what the over-time will equate to, but I'm guessing another $2500-3000ish. (Last year, I took a stand and said "I'm taking at least one day off/week". for the 12 years previous, I worked every day from May-Oct....if I was still doing that, it'd surely be over 6k in OT. you'd have been really close on your guess Al!) :)
