initial line & color logic solves all of the red & blue, and starts the black.

EL C29 requires R14-17 to be white. LL.
C27: If the 2 clue goes into R19, it causes a contradiction in R18 or R20. LL.
EL R1 requires C1-9 to be white.

C1 edge logic (maybe not necessary,) C29, and R1 and R2 edge logic. Also two way logic to make dots at R18C25/24.
