Here's a more accurate timer count.
chim pan zee one
chim pan zee two

The syllables are evenly stressed and each syllable is 0.25s. Don't say "seven" since the extra syllable throws off the count. Start over after 10s and keep tens in your head or on your fingers. With a bit of practice you can easily time to +/- 0.2s. Try it for ten seconds without looking at your timer and post how you do.
