Not sure what this is - someone tripping over a lawn chair and about to fall into the pool?

I think it's either someone on their roof during a flood, or someone logrolling. Of course, for all I know, it could as easily be "a little help please? I cannot reach my armpits to shave them."

Oh, I think it's someone trapped on a roof during a flood. Being from Louisiana, I should've seen it right away. :P

Looks like the roof of a car to me. We get so many here in Arizona due to flash floods that they passed what is referred to as the Stupid Motorist Law where the stupid individual who tried to cross despite signs saying "Do Not Cross When Flooded" has to pay rescue expenses.
