Oh nuts, you are right, I think I had Diver Down in my head. Speaking of Dio, my son met one of his drummers, Vinnie Appice, at a percussion camp. For what it is worth, he was a super nice guy and very approachable by the students. My son was a couple of minutes late to one of the classes, and he ended up sitting right next to Vinnie. Vinnie actually shared his notes/handouts with my son during the class. I was just blown away thinking that if a rock star had sat next to me and shared notes when I was 16, I think I would have fainted.

I've only met one rock star. A guy in my frat played in a band that was on the same tour with the following group before they were big and when they were gaining notoriety. The other group's guitarist and he became good friends, and they send him their music while composing to see what he would add, etc. I've heard a couple of their albums during the creation phase that way. The guitarist came and partied/hung out at the frat house one night. super-cool guy!
