and here it is....

after line logic, el the 5 in c20, dotting r's 1-2,8,10-13
lots of line logic
el the 4 in c13, dotting r1
ll
el the 5 in r8, dotting c's 1-6
ll
el the 2 in r1, dots c12
ll
then finish the bottom with a smile

(actually, I did the smile move halfway through the puzz before finishing the top. there were 8 c's to smile across, so you knew it had to go 3-2-3. couldn't be 2-3-2 as that only covers 7 c's)

Didn't use smile logic. Fun puzzle. Major Tom?

close again, Kristen! you got the beginning of the last title right, and this one you've got the end of the title right. (minus the baby)

prob my LEAST fav song by the band, but it's prob their most well-known. I wanted to do a Def Leppard, but I couldn't expect someone to guess a song they never heard of...

looks like a salt shaker, way to go kim again :)
good one kurt :)
#12: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on Jun 9, 2014
Yeah, it looks like a salt or pepper shaker, but I still think it could be Sputnik!
#13: Kim (kjh) on Jun 10, 2014
Thank you, Kurt - I really like them as well.
#14: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Jun 12, 2014
well, what does a sugar shaker look like? lol

at first I almost put an "S" on it, then thought "hey dumb@ss, then they're really gonna think it's a salt shaker". oh well...

Sugar shakers are usually those big cylinders that don't taper near the top. I'd post an image, but I'm at work. Breaking one rule at a time. ;)

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by blurglecruncheon.

There is only one bit of edge logic needed:

After LL,
(note that the block of two black pixels in c9 must have a white on both sides)

EL 2 r1 = c12-13 white
LL to finish

Note that in Kurt's original solve, the EL on the 5 in r8 will only make c1-4 white, not 1-6. Even with that, it will still solve because eventually the EL on the 2 in r1 is done
