Puzzle Description:

I untied Carl and Carrotina,and proceeded with my investigation. "Who did this to you?" " Oh Bud,I'm so happy to see you. I didn't think we'd ever be found. We don't know,someone threw a molotov cocktail filled with chloroform through our window and the next thing I know is were tied up and our house is boarded up." " My children,where are my children?" "Don't worry dear,Bud will find them,he can help." "But how can a stylish potato help us? With those short arms and legs and that long beard,he wouldn't even make a good potato salad." "Now now Carrotina, I'll have you know I have a very sweet side to me. I'm sure I'd make a great potato salad. Besides I did find you didn't I? and I think I know where to find your kids too,if they're not already part of a carrot cake." " Ooooh no Carl,it can't be." "Now now dear,don't think the worst." " What I don't understand is why he didn't take you two also. Although after talking to you Carrotina,I think I found my answer." " Well,I never." " Sure you have,you just don't remember. Anyway times a wasting let's go" "Where are we going?" " To a place your very familiar with Carl."
