Puzzle Description:
So it must be raindrops. Falling from my eyes. Dee Clark recorded this song in 1961,it's still a great song.

Interesting use of color.#14: Andrew Schultz (blurglecruncheon) on Feb 6, 2024 [HINT]
Wow, lots of tricky color logic here. Or maybe I was just a bit asleep when I did this puzzle.#15: Vaggelis Kamaris (evag7651) on Apr 25, 2024
It's probably easier to do edge logic here instead, but if you want the challenge of where the color logic is ...
C2 has 3 possible blues. It must have a blue in R20 or R8 or R2. Since R2/R8 is a bad combo one blue is in R20. Then C2 R3-7 must be dots. Some line logic.
C17 you can place the blue 1 and 1 of the blue 2. Also the 3 in R17.
This also places a blue at C10R2. More importantly it places black square at C16R4 which is important for the next bit. If C19R5 is black then one of C18/20 R5 is black but it must be blue or a dot--2 way logic. Thus we placed the 1 in R4.
Line logic lets us resolve where the C17/20 R5/9 blue dots should be. Then line logic.
My immediate reaction was to look where to place the blues and I zoned in on that and forgot to poke at column 2 which is the key to solving relatively quickly though this still seems a well above average difficulty puzzle for line/color logic. I found it very interesting.
nice. solved by logic
