Line and color logic got me to 86%.
Then in row 21: If the 2 is in columns 10-11, then column 12 is blank, while if that's a 1 in column 10, then column 12 is still blank.
Line and color logic to finish.
I think this would count as Moderate Lookahead, not Line and Color Logic. Any opinions? It looks like the website marked it as Line and Color Logic, and I don't think it ever gets that wrong, so it seems likely that there's another way to solve it.
