Puzzle Description:

Line, color, and edge logic gets you through most of this. There's a bit in R15-21 C29-33 that's still unsolved, all green clues.

R15: Regardless of where the green is placed, R17C31 is green. Do a little LL. Then when you're out of LL again, take another look at R15. Now you can see that placing a green in R15C31 causes a contradiction in R18, so R15C31 is white. LL can finish this off from there.

I feel that this puzzle can be solved by looking at the patterns the clues make. almost all the lines are have a double pixel at the place it turns. I tried not to rely on my knowing that we were working on circles and still was able to figure out where the lines where by the number clues.
