This requires guessing, but some of the logic leading up to it is interesting.

LL/CL gets the right and left black "L"s, the red and green starburst and the blue diamond. It also gets six green pixels in the upper left and all but three of the remaining red in the middle.

Those remaining three red can be set with smile logic.

Now look at the left of the center heart. The black 1s in r6-8 must fit within c21-22. Pseudo-smile logic will let us place two of those three.

Notice that c22 has only 1s. That means that as the 12 gets extended upward, it will act as one side of a "smile". For example, if the 1 in r8 were to go into c22, then the 1 in r7 would be forced into c21. But that would make the same conflict as smile logic produces.

Doing this places both the 1s in r7&8 in c21.

The same can be done (mirrored) on the other side making c30,r7-8 black.

Now some involved summing can get you a white and thus a black (twice):

Look at the area above the heart. There must be five black pixels in the rectangle directly above it. Now sum the crossing horizontal clues: eight black in those three rows.

That means that there can be a maximum of three black pixels in those three rows that are not directly above the heart.

Now if we try to place the 12 in c21 all the way up, it will produce FOUR black pixels outside of that box, so the 12 cannot reach r3 and c21r3 must be white.

This can be mirrored in c30 to make c30r3 white.

This is as far as I can take the black. (After fiddling a bit, I think that these are all the black pixels that cannot be rearranged into multiple solutions.)

The green is hopeless as far as I can tell.
