I used summing logic at the end. It would be a little tricky if you summed the whole unknown area of c19r17-c20r20 as there is an unknown in both directions.#11: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Apr 8, 2014
However if you sum just c19r18-c20r20, then the horizontal unknown is excluded. Thus there must be exactly three pixels in the horizontal direction, and one plus a blob in the vertical.
That means that there must be two black pixels in c20r18-20. Since it is a blob clue, those pixels must be in r118-19 (otherwise the blob would force the third to be black as well.)
Then line logic to finish.
