I think this is moderate or deep lookahead:
After LL/CL solves all but black:
2-way on 2 in C25:
either R8 or R10 is black, so C23 R8 or R10 is black,
So C23 R6-7,9,11-21 are white

(Deep lookahead?) Note that if C22R10 is black then C25R10 is white -> C25R8 is black -> C23R8 is black -> C23R10 is white.
Now, EL on 5 in C22 (looking at C21): C22R6-10 is white
