Look at r1-3. Each of the left 1s must be within c1-2 (and the right 1s must not be). That places three pixels in c1-2.
Vertically, we can see that c1-2 needs four pixels.
That means that one and only one pixel of the 2 in r4 can be within c1-2. So r4c2 is black, and r4c1 is white. Then LL To finish.
