Good one!#3: Ellen Vollor (evollor) on Mar 3, 2014
Nice! Love this image, wish I could cut it out and put it on the wall.#4: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Mar 3, 2014
This is a truly wonderful puzzle. The one time I was NOT annoyed because it was another flag.#5: valerie o..travis (bigblue) on Mar 3, 2014
(I hate, the Star Spangled Banner because it's just too difficult and the range impossible for most singers, but I guess it's too strongly associated with the USA to change it.)
thank you ladies :)#6: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Mar 4, 2014 [SPOILER]

thanks aldege :) i think that's just wonderful that you are teaching her oh canada, way to go :)#8: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Mar 4, 2014
And Oh, Cananda is so much easier to sing.#9: Heather M (AuntieH) on Mar 4, 2014
Aldege - are you teaching Destyny to sing Oh Canada the traditional way, or the right way (ie, the Roger Doucet way)?#10: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Mar 4, 2014
Heather,is the Roger Doucet way half english and half french. I've actually sung it to her in all english, all french and half and half, but she always wants me to sing it the all english way. I started talking to her in french when she was very young, but I have slacked off recently. I just started talking to her in french again when were together with Chastydy.:)#11: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Mar 4, 2014
The more French, the better! Plus de français!#12: Susan Duncan (medic25733) on Mar 5, 2014
Plus, young children's brains are like sponges. This is the best time to learn a 2nd language. :)
Love the perspective Travis! Great job. Aldege it's a good thing to teach your girls French since you live in the only official bilingual province in Canada. My girls are both bilingual and it has helped them in their careers.#13: valerie o..travis (bigblue) on Mar 5, 2014
thanks susan :)#14: Heather M (AuntieH) on Mar 5, 2014
i agree with kristen and susan about the 2nd language, absolutely :)
I agree with the comments about the 2nd language! Aldege - Roger Doucet sang the national anthem for the Montreal Canadiens (and other Montreal sports teams) during the 70's - 1/2 French, 1/2 English. I still sing the anthem this way, rather than all in English.#15: Jota (jota) on Mar 5, 2014
Nice!#16: Lollipop (lollipop) on Apr 22, 2014
Travis, I had the same reaction as Norma @ #4 about your take on the flag.#17: valerie o..travis (bigblue) on Apr 22, 2014
Sorry, I have never been able to paste a link into my comments -- somebody tell me what I am missing -- but you can check out the bilingual version of O Canada with a slightly pop flavour at
