I think some EL on the left & right sides was all I needed to solve this, but since saving isn't working I can't go back and try the helper to reconfirm like I usually do.

Hah! Thanks to the recent comment I saw that once upon a time I had given a hint but the solvability was never ruled on.

ELC1 marks R1-2 and R21-30 white. LL solves the rest.
