Puzzle Description:
The Olympics keep truckin' on. So do the piktos! This one gave me no problems at all and is solvable without the border, but there is a lot of empty whitespace, so the border is back!

Nah, everyone has a different method of rating. Apparently if it solves by line logic it's trivial for them. Not saying I agree with that, but yeah.
