Ellen, it all started in October 2012 when I made a puzzle of a witch that had been caught in a storm #20012. I gave her a sidekick of this small trouble making creature who Kurt named Igor to have someone the witch could interact with. After Halloween I made some puzzles of a couple of turkeys who mostly were running from Indians. In December I had Tiny the elf with his escapades. With no more seasonal themes I ran out of ideas so decided to create Witch Island where witches, etc go off season. Kind of like the holodeck on Star Trek. There Ms. Witch became more of a fashion plate, Igor became upright wearing mostly blue and Mr. Cat became more interactive.
