I would argue that this is less of a mondegreen, and more of a filk. Filk singing involves changing the lyrics to a popular song to give it a sci-fi, fantasy, or medieval theme.

Disagree? A mondegreen is the mishearing of a phrase, correct? And with Bon Scott's annunciation, "Dirty deeds done dirt cheap" does sound like he's saying "with sheep" at the end.

Or, given that you're guessing this is a filk, is there a parody that's actually been done with those words that I've just never heard?

Several sites on Google call it a mondegreen.

One of the companies I worked for asked me to put out a memo with the employees' paychecks to collect some information. The memo needed to be signed and returned to me. As the employees started to return the memos I noticed something strange. Each one was singing a little song as they gave me their memo. I examined the memo a little more closely and discovered that I had added at the bottom "Please sing and return to Norma Dee."

I've heard the "done with sheep" version frequently, at SCA events and Renaissance Faires. Perhaps it started out as a mondegreen, but someone turned it into a Lonely Scotsman ditty.

Fun Fact: It is illegal for an unwed man to own sheep in Missouri.
