I'll take the flu, no needles form me!

I prefer a larger one Tom. :)

Oh shoot! It's time for me to get my shot!

With the one blot in the horizontal clues, I find guessing needed in the final stages of the puzzle. Also, I needed to use edge logic twice.

try again Bryan

Haha, there are a lot of other puzzles to solve on a first go. Maybe "guessing" wasn't the right term, though.

After the left side is finished,
edge logic on the 7 in c15 places it completely

Then some contradiction logic:

Look at the 2 in c18. It can go in one of three places.

If it were to go in either r6-7 or r10-11 then c18r14-15 would be white.

That will force both the 2s in r14&15 into c19-20. This conflicts with the 1s in those columns.

Therefore it cannot go in either of the upper spots and must be in c18r14-15

Then after line logic, there are four clues left.
Summing the horizontal clues gives two more pixels to be placed. Since there is only a 1 in c19, the blot in c17 must get one more pixel.

So c17r14 must be black and c17r15 white.

And a tiny bit of line logic to finish.

Nice solve.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

Plain edge logic on the 2 in r15 will do in place of the contradiction logic above...

thx Joe

Is that an arm or a butt cheek?
