edge logic bottom 4 c16: if it is in r35-38 then there is a conflict in r37 when the 18 in c17 is brought up. So c16r35-38 are white.
Deep edge logic on the 3 in r1 (vs r3) makes r1c10-11 white.
EL 3 r1 = c4 and c8-9 white.
Then lots of line logic 'til you're almost done.
Then smile logic to finish.

This was a fun solve and image.
I was able to use Joe's first step and then R18-R20 have smile logic. Though I may've made some guessy jumps.
