if one of the first ones to rate a puzzle says that it takes guessing, it'll be listed that way until enough other raters cancel out the guy that couldn't solve. it takes Jan, Gator, or Joe to make it classified as "definitely moderate look-ahead" or whatever. until then, it's up to the raters
