My wife couldn't see it from 7ft away, but I saw it right away from up close and I think it's a fabulous image Kurt. Your technique is just fine and in a 20x20 it's amazing. I give it a 5 for quality. Happy Halloween pal.:)#12: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Oct 31, 2013
People perceive things differently in a way they can't control, so some will be able to see this and others won't.#13: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Oct 31, 2013
I agree Norma,I just think it's funny that I could make it out cause I usually have a hard time seeing a lot of images until someone says what it is.:)#14: Linda Martin (ilovethispuzzle123) on Oct 31, 2013
I saw it right away, well into the solve. without a doubt I think you put more personality and expression into these little puzzles than I have ever seen on this site. smh. happy Halloween.#15: Sara Wilson (janelarson) on Oct 31, 2013 [SPOILER]

From Uncle Wiki:#26: JoDeen Mozena (ozymoe) on Nov 1, 2013 [SPOILER]
Nevertheless, the creature soon enough became best known in the popular imagination as "Frankenstein". This usage is sometimes considered erroneous, but usage commentators regard the monster sense of "Frankenstein" as well-established and not an error.
So, I guess, just as "ain't" made it into some dictionaries, as Joe said Frankenstein is now valid.

lots of diff faces in a 20x...hope the series was as fun to solve as it was to make.
It took me a bit of time, too, but it was worth it.#33: CB Paul (cbpaul) on Jun 21, 2021 [SPOILER]
At first I thought it was Rocky the Squirrel with his helmet.
I like having this sort of artistic challenge once the logical one is finished.

Brash, see comments 23 and 25 ^_^#37: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Sep 20, 2024
Plus 15 and 19, for corroboration :)
Interesting: Mary Shelley's original novel does not give the character a specific name. In the novel, Victor Frankenstein variously refers to his creation as the "creature", "fiend", "spectre", "dæmon", "wretch", "devil", "thing", "being", and "ogre".
So, I guess it's no wonder that he became known as Frankenstein. It's kind of a fitting name for a monster. Better than Bub, Bro, Billy, etc.
