I was thinking slot machine until I saw the Macy's start to develop. Very nice cash register. Good representation. After all, money's what it's all about.

thanks gang :)
norma, aldege is right, it's suppose to be the first store not a cash register...oops, guess i have to work on my buildings...lol

I interpreted it as a building, but the best part about Macy's is the fashion displays in the big picture windows. I spent a semester in Manhattan (spring of 1997), and I made sure to walk by Macy's at least once a month.

Nice puzzle. And, today, they still profile and discriminate. Is anyone following the news about the Manhattan store and the Barneys in Manhattan?

Oops. Because I more or less solved it from the top down, I thought slot machine at first, so changed it to a different machine. Sorry about that. Now that I know I see building. The only Macy buildings I am familiar with are the one's in the big malls here and they would make lousy puzzles.
