Most of this solves with line & color logic.#5: Andrew Schultz (blurglecruncheon) on Jul 27, 2022 [HINT]
In R17-18, you have 2 blue 7-clues each with 6 clues filled in. If you extend either of these to C1, it makes C8 on the other blue. Since C8 has a 2-clue there, both of the rows need to have the last blue in C8.
Verifying what Wombat said and also noting the boring details--the squares left are R8 C1/2/3/8, R7 C2/3/8, R6 C3/8, R17/18 C1/8.#6: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Jul 27, 2022
If you use Wombat's edge logic a lot earlier, which you can, it's a lot easier. I originally assumed you had to and couldn't fill the top bit out.
(Alternate edge logic solution: C8 can't have the 2 in R6-8 as that would push a 2-clue to column 1.)
Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by blurglecruncheon.
