How long had it been since you'd last been back to Philly, Linda?
#5: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Oct 22, 2013
Judging from the emotion, it must have been a while with some very strong memories. Great, great puzzle!

thank you, kathy. I wanted to share this powerful moment in my life. it was very cathartic as the circumstances of my leaving there were the most traumatic of my life and completely out of my control. I had been plagued with dreams of philly for years and going back there was, as they say, "burying a ghost". the dreams stopped and I have a whole new perspective on that part of my life.

thank you k. shively. I appreciate your comment and I will keep making puzzles as long as the Lord lets me :-)

thank you as always, aldege. I appreciate the compliment.

amyfaith 0it had been over 30 years. 30 long years.

normadee - yes, very strong memories. even though your life goes on, there are some things which you never forget and I suppose which one has to face in order to grow.

Looks like a great neighbourhood with the colorful front doors. Street signs are great and your facial expression is magic. Keep up the great work!

going back to your childhood neighborhood can be eerie in some ways. Been there, done that!

hi kim - it was both, and it was exactly what I needed. the recurrent dreams of philly stopped and have never come back and now I feel whole. thank you, my friend.
