Puzzle Description:

Roses lack the gene to produce blue pigment, so true blue roses are impossible to naturally produce. According to wikipedia, however, a genetically engineered blue rose has now been developed. I actually find this kind of disturbing, but i like the GM-free pixel version. :-)

Oh..but I sure would love it if there was a natural blue rose, I think I would have a yard full of them, blue is my favorite color.
Very good work ..love the picture :)

I was afraid the clue meant it might be impossible to solve!

Very pretty. A really well done rose!

I read a story about geneticists putting deep sea fish genes in fruit to keep them from freezing. Yummy! Fishie strawberries!

My favorite color is blue as well. I loved this picture. At first I thought it was also referring to this puzzle being impossible to solve.

I think blue roses are beautiful, but is anyone else bothered that some scientist is wasting time and resources just to make roses a new color?

I'm not only bothered, but worried too.

Blue Roses always remind me of The Glass Menagerie. :)

Thanks to this puzzle, I now understand a little bit more about Twin Peaks. They reference a blue rose in that show, and now I know why!

Very nice image. Reminds me of a carving pattern I've seen.
