At first I thought of one of the monsters from "Where the Wild Things Are"(?) , but once I read "boris", my mind leaped to Count Chocula.

Of course, he could also be "The Count" from Sesame Street...

I had the Sesame Count first, then changed my mind. Oh well Two bad four me.:)

I thought it would be Grandpa Munster, but I saw it was The Count once I'd finished. :)

I also thought it was Sam Dracula, Herman Munster's father in law. Perhaps they are the same person. If you can turn yourself into a bat, how hard can it be to turn yourself into a muppet?
