We have thermal windows, but some of the sashes leak around the edges. Some storm windows came with the house, so we put them on the windward side. Still had to tape one living room window so it wouldn't whistle when the wind blows hard off the lake. Didn't have this problem when I lived in Northern Virginia...

Neat little puzzle. Did have to guess a bit for the top.
