I didn't want to get too into it, or to make a large puzz... but it was kinda a fun solve, so I published the initial version anyway. Honestly, I delete em more often than not... hope ya liked it!

Solved it, then got our favorite message...Error! Error! Error! Any, great puzzle. I think it looks like the Mona Lisa. :)

Very artistic puzzle. I saw a traveling DaVinci exhibit recently. Very inspiring.

I thought she is a sad Mona Lisa.
She is sad because her husband (Giocondo) drinks and plays a lot in the pub, so she has to spend her time with this strange painter, getting money... :)

At first I saw a panda, then a woman's face, then a man's face. Completed, it looks like a Maurice Sendak face.

If I squint, I can see the Mona Lisa. Kinda.

to quote "Bad Santa"...."this one isn't even a chocolate, it's a candy corn"--- "well, they all can't be winners, can they?" hahahaha

very artistic indeed! reminds me a little of an extreme close up of George Washington's face on the u.s. one dollar bill. thoroughly fun solve.

How are you all seeing a human face? I see a feminine alien wearing heavy, though not necessarily tasteless, makeup. She is probably getting ready to perform in front of her fans in a concert on her favorite planet to tour, Tenbar III. She is also likely to be aquatic because she has this fish gill kind of thing going on her neck. She is pretty, but very strange.
