Okay, that is rather cryptic.

Anagram? Ah, yes, Some Decor, indeed.

I only remember that C is DAH dit DAH dit (CAREless CHILdren), from reading Cheaper by the Dozen.

And of course, S and O.

This is the first of these puzzles I did, and I guessed what Thomas as up to with the puzzle almost immediately. The "Some Decor" part took me a minute or two more.

I guess you have to think a bit outside the box.
