After line logic, there are only six more black pixels to be placed. Notice that there is only one more to be placed in each column.
An alternating smile is the only way the pixels of rows 1 and 3 can fit.

that's a cool way to solve joe. didn't see it that way. after LL, i did 2-way:
- whether C9R1 or C9R3 is black, C8R1 is a dot.
