I can't think of another way to say Some decor.

The picture looks like it says 4 *(star) F.

If I squint at it, I see a flower in front of a picket fence, with perhaps a shrub to the left.

That's the matter you use your eyes only. You'd like to see a picture, but this is another type of message. SOME DECOR it is! :)

Is there anyone else out there besides me who doesn't understand this series? Would someone please explain it?

"SOME DECOR" is an anagram of "MORSE CODE." Jan figured it out on another puzzle. I don't feel like looking up the code, at this point.

How many people here know Morse code?

I think these puzzles are not much different that the ones titled "I was bored".

Not me. It used to be something you had to know to get a ham radio license, but I think they largely dropped that requirement. But it's easy enough to look up.
