I think it can be solved without any guessing. I used edge logic in c24-c25, but in case of exact counting it can be solved with pure line logic...
First step is finding all reds, of course.

oh, and even though most see it pretty easily and have used it umpteen million times, the necessary use of edge logic = a classification of "moderate look-ahead"
