LBJ was a president.

Ahh, Google tells me that this LBJ is LeBron James.

Line and color logic just leaves a ring of red pixels around the striped ball. (It's pretty obvious where things go, but let's do this logically.)

Plain edge or smile logic doesn't help use, but a hybrid of the two (with a smidge of summing thrown in) will. Imagine the 9 in c1 all the way down into r40. That will force one of the 2s in c2 to be in r39-40, leaving only one for r28-31. There is not enough red to fulfill the pixels needed. (There need to be 4 red in the rectangle [c1-2,r28-31].)
So c1r40 is white.

Do it again and you can see that c1r39 must also be white.

The same logic can be used on each edge. Do it on r26 to make c1 and 2 white, and then it's line logic to finish.

Yes, I remember LBJ as a president. Johnson followed JFK after the murdering. LBJ is the symbol of "dirty little war" in the Hair musical.
But who is the King in a republic? :)

Ohhh... and LBJ was the president when I was born! But he isn't my father! :))
