I was able to solve the bulk of this puzzle with logic. I had to guess only on the single black squares that encircle the cross. I believe you Arduinna that this must have multiple solutions. Thank you Sunsetsmiley (I really like your login!). I agree with Minnie. This is very attractive.
There are definitely lots and lots of possible solutions to this, but most of it can be solved logically. Only the solitary black dots around the ends of the horizontal bar need to be guessed. I had several areas of 1-squared whites around some of the cross, so I made the logical assumption that no black would touch a blue directly, thus outlining the cross in white first, and then it solved easily.#8: Sunset Smiley (sunsetsmiley) on Jul 11, 2008

The puzzle in the printing file has multiple solutions. I assume it was the first version, not the second one displayed in the site page.
