I had to do edge logic on the 9 in R16 to see how it would interfere with the threes in R15. This let me start dotting in from the edges and getting bits of the 9 filled in.

not sure of solvability but got it done
will reserve my rating

After line logic, some internal edge logic on the 9 in r16 makes c19-20 white. (The 2 in c17 could go down into r17 allowing the 9 to reach c18, but there's no way the 2 in c19 can fit the clues if it's part of the 9.)

Then line logic to finish.

(There's a little hard line logic - there needs to be a dot at c18r16 - whether the black pixel at c18r15 is the 1 or the beginning of the 2, there will be a dot under it. -- The same logic is needed on the left side as well.)

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

Very familiar!

Wow, I really enjoyed that solve!
#7: Valerie Mates (valerie) on Jun 23, 2024 [HINT]
I did some two-way logic at the top that I think I probably didn't need to. Then edge logic on the 9 in row 16, and the rest of it was line logic from there.

Other than that, I agree with Jota!
