The title is a strong clue. The puzzle is way too big for the lack of detail. It was solvable by using color logic and the give-away outlining in black. That guy is scary.#5: Kathy Roth (clyde) on Aug 16, 2016 [HINT]
I think I solved this logically with the use of some edge logic, and avoided the use of knowing everything was outlined in black, even though that was a temptation. Nice puzzle.#6: Adichi Bell (adichi) on Oct 18, 2020 [HINT]

I tried to solve the puzzle logically avoiding the fact that the black outline in the image but in one point I was stuck and I needed to "guess" the 2 black clue in R7 C11 and C12 after that everything was logically solvable.
I think the puzzle is logically solvable but the outline was so tempting :)
