oh, I solved it before writing my last comment...

ii is line/color solvable, so I'm not sure where you're tripped up...in several places(with the blacks on the upper-left edge, for ex), you have to tell yourself as you're looking at the potential spaces "can't be black", etc...therefore it must go the other way. you def have to do the same thing when figuring the windows later in the game. "these 2-2 black clues can only fit here and here cuz the other r's only have blue clues remaining". even before all that stuff, I remember having a lot of blue across the top and clues like 5-1, etc in the c's. the blues you have in the r's have to connect because there are more than 1 blue together after the space between them. stuff like that, and a lot of it. do-able, but gotta pay close attention in places
