The slight asymmetry makes this tricky and non-intuitive, but I enjoyed the logic.

I got to 76% here with all the color logic. Only black dots were left.

Then I went through each square to make sure I hadn't missed some line logic, but I found nothing.

If the 2 in C5 is at R17-18, that creates a contradiction in R20C7. So it is in R15-16. That gets us to 78%.

A 2 in R20 C10-C11 creates a contradiction in C12. Nowhere to place the 2. Then similarly with R20C11-12 and C13.

The 2 in C11 at R15/1 or R16/17 creates a contradiction in C12. Line logic to 91%.

R20C7/8 give quick contradictions, too, with the 2 in column 6.

R16C1 black creates a contradiction in C6, and R16C2 black creates a contradiction in C1.

Line logic does the rest.

Also it's cute once we realize what most of the colored 2's are.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by blurglecruncheon.
