R26-27: If the 3s go into either C12 or C16, R23 will be made invalid. The must go into C13 and C15 instead. LL.
R24: If the 5 goes into C11, R20-22 C9-10 will have 5 reds needed on the horizontal but only 4 available on the vertical. Therefore R24C16 is red.
