Ah, my Toby was a cat.#4: Jan Wolter (jan) on Feb 27, 2008
You know, when this site was new and people posted amazing puzzles like this, I used to worry that they'd been cribbed from some book of puzzles, but now I've gotten used to the fact that we've got people here who are perfectly capable of making puzzles as good or better than anything in any book.#5: Gypso (Gypso) on Feb 27, 2008
This is a very nice small puzzle. I think people who haven't tried making some themselves tend to underestimate how hard this is to do so well.
I'm so glad that you posted your comment Jan. It inspired me to look over Lucilla's body of work. I discovered that out of her 15 posted puzzles that I have solved only 5!#6: Nancy Snyder (naneki) on Feb 27, 2008
I've been very impressed by all of Lucilla's puzzles. Her last posted puzzle, #2251: Aloha is stunning.
Thanks for the brain tickler Jan.
Mostly thanks to Lucilla. Your puzzles are terrific to solve and amazing images. :D
Beautifully said Jan! & I agree, I feel the majority of the puzzles on this site are much better than the puzzle books!#7: Jan Wolter (jan) on Feb 28, 2008
Being able to talk to the creator also adds a certain charm to puzzling, I think.#8: Gypso (Gypso) on Feb 28, 2008
