Well I'm from Niagara Falls and it's basically shot there and America attempts to start a war with Canada. It's a comedy with John Candy. It's pretty funny. I don't want to go into too much detail in fear of insulting any Canadian web pbners out there. Even though the stereotype of a Canadian in the movie is that they are very clean and incredibly nice.
