Puzzle Description:

music soothes the wild beast (Shakespeare?). But how to get the headphones on !?!?!?!?

Fun puzzle to solve and see, but misquoted. William Congreve: Music hath charms to soothe the savage breast.

Lollipop beat me to it. :)

One of the fun things about Shakespeare is that he wrote around the same time as the King James translation of the Bible. There are bits of Polonius's speech to Laertes (in Hamlet) that are misattributed to Ecclesiastes.

“Music hath charms to soothe a savage breast,
To soften Rocks, or bend a knotted Oak.”

William Congreve, not Shakespeare.

Congreve also said "Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, nor hell a fury like a woman scorned."

And: "Never go to bed angry - stay up and fight."
