Hey cool! I usually can't figure out the rebuses, but I figured this one out!

I haven't seen a chain letter in eons, but I remember doing them when I was a child and being intrigued when they sometimes actually worked.

It's been a long time since chainmail was popular. There have been some weak copy and past on Facebook, but it's not the same.
