Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by gator.

After initial line/color logic...

The 4 clue in row 15 has to either hit R15C5 or R15C9. Both of these will cause an extension into rows 13 and 14. So most of rows 13 and 14 will be dots.

If the 7 clue in column 6 extends down to row 11, this will cause column 7 to be invalid. So R11C6 is a dot. Line logic.

Edge logic with the 4 clue in column 9 makes R8C9-R11C9 dots. Line logic to finish.

Nice puzzle.

I did it like you the first time, Gator (except for the el on the 4 - after the 7 only LL is needed).

Going back, the only thing that's necessary is the internal edge logic on the 7 in c6.

Now all I can think of is why don't you have a mask on!?

I don't wear a mask around the house.

I've discovered it's hard to eat or drink while wearing a mask.

Nowadays, sneezing while wearing a face shield is no bueno.

While at work, while I'm behind a desk and naturally 6' away from anyone, I prefer the face shield. The masks are hurting my nose and ears, after prolonged use.

I was walking my dog in our neighborhood, wearing a mask (me, not the dog). I coughed and was given the stink eye by an entire family including the little kid in the stroller.
