Spoonerism, when you change first letters of two words and you get a new meaning.

Line and normal advanced techniques will solve a lot of the puzzle. I could only solve the last part by looking many moves ahead.

This is tricky--I had to clear a lot of R8-9-10 and then go on the bottom to see where the 4 could (not) be placed. A lot of incremental stuff here,
